Premium cocktail bar and restaurant, Three Little Words, has launched Manchester’s latest immersive dining experience, their Seasonal Supper Club.

This five-course tasting menu showcases autumn’s freshest, locally sourced ingredients, along with perfectly paired drinks.  

Head to the stunning Grade-II listed brick railway arches on Watson Street in central Manchester to indulge in the delicious new menu created by classically trained Head Chef, Jimmy Carr.  

Created to highlight the best of British produce, the mouth-watering menu centres around 10 flavoursome ingredients spread across the five delightful courses. For a truly autumnal taste, the menu features wood sorrel, potato and chicory which provide the dishes with warming, earthy flavours. To transition the palette into chillier weather, celery, beetroot and tomato play key roles in the dishes to provide a crisp, yet refreshing, taste.

For a sweeter note, ripe berries, gooseberries and rhubarb aren’t just reserved for desserts but feature throughout the earlier courses. For the fish course, guests can enjoy slow-poached gooseberries on top of a lightly white for a subtly sweet flavour – but the real star of this course is the humble tomato.

For the meat course, the best cut of lamb belly is soaked in beetroot to give this decadent dish the most succulent texture. All of the ingredients used within the dishes are sourced locally, meaning only the freshest and most flavoursome produce will be on your plate.

Each of the five courses will be served alongside a perfectly paired drink which will both highlight the flavours found within the dishes whilst providing a unique taste of their own. Like all good meals at Three Little Words, guests can enjoy the tastes of Manchester Gin’s award-winning range along with some more fan favourite tipples.

“We wanted to create a premium dining experience for foodies across Manchester which showcases dishes which will take our taste buds from light, refreshing summer plates to more warming, autumnal flavours.

Three Little Words’ previous dishes have always pulled inspiration from the botanicals used in Manchester Gin’s much-loved gin range, so it was interesting for us to create a menu which still has high-quality ingredients at the heart of dishes but with a strict theme of seasonality. In focusing on ten core ingredients for all the food and drinks, we have created a truly unique dining experience. The exciting thing about this menu is that we’re making the core ten ingredients the star of the show – those vegetable, leaves and berries. Usually the lamb or fish would be the main focus, but here, though they’re incredible, they’re secondary to ingredients like tomato and chicory, which really shine.”
