The new store is set to open its doors at 11am on Thursday 16th April, marked with a massive opening day event for eager fans.
To celebrate the launch, Chopstix are giving away free medium boxes to the first 100 customers, along with 1000 portions of spring rolls. Fans will also have the chance to win free merch, discount vouchers and app points throughout the day.
Open Monday to Sunday 10:30am – 11:00pm the new store will bring 30 new jobs to the city and seat 50 eager diners.
Chopstix has quickly become one of the UK’s most popular quick service restaurants, with its focus on Asian flavour in a quick and accessible way making it a firm favourite throughout the country.
As well as take away classics like Sweet & Sour Chicken and Salt ‘N’ Pepper Chicken, Chopstix has a range of fresh flavours including the spicy Firecracker Chicken with a fiery garlic and chilli seasoning, and brand favourites like Chicken Katsu Curry and the restaurants signature Caramel Drizzle Chicken.
Fans will also be able to order for delivery or takeaway from the new store to satisfy any cravings they have at home.

The new Chopstix store marks the brand’s third opening of 2026, building on a strong 2025 that saw 17 new store openings and refurbishments across the UK, including Leeds, Huddersfield and Hull, as well as the launch of the new Chopstix 3.0 concept in Bridgend.
