James Mills aged 29 is wanted in connection with an attempted murder that is believed to have occurred in Harpurhey on Sunday 2 February
The 29-year-old man seriously assaulted another 29-year-old man at a property on Rochdale Road in Harpurhey.
Mills is known to have links to the Harpurhey, Newton Heath and the Salford areas of Greater Manchester.
