Over three days from the 7th March, Cake International – The Sugarcraft, Cake Decorating & Baking Show returns to Manchester and will be opened by Mary Berry
The exhibition promises to attract cake enthusiasts, renowned industry experts and professional cake decorators and sugarcrafters from across the globe, and boasts the world’s largest display of competition pieces.
Mary Berry will be opening the show on both Friday and Saturday, plus taking a slot in the Cake International Theatre to showcase one of her favourite recipes. The star will also be meeting and greeting fans in the VIP Area, and holding a book signing.She will be joined by Cake Decorating experts Mich Turner and Anne Pickard as well as designer Lindy Smith.
