Hyphen, Manchester’s smart new business space located on 75 Mosley Street, has agreed deals with two new tenants, Hunter Education and Carbon Recruitment.

Hunter Education, a specialist education recruitment company with a focus on further education and commercial training, signed terms at Hyphen and will be joined by Carbon Recruitment, also a specialist recruitment agency.

Both companies are co-owned by Laurence Elkington and will occupy circa sq ft space on the first and second floors of Hyphen. Boultbee Brooks has sub-divided the two floors to provide a fully-fitted turnkey solution for Hunter Education and Carbon Recruitment, on an all-inclusive rent basis.

Specialist consultants OBI advised Boultbee Brooks on the transaction as part of its multi-discipline services, which include: leasing and investment, office acquisitions, building consultancy, business relocations, interior design, project management and dilapidations.
