Hyphen, Manchester’s smart new business space located on 75 Mosley Street, has agreed deals with two new tenants, Hunter Education and Carbon Recruitment.

Hunter Education, a specialist education recruitment company with a focus on further education and commercial training, signed terms at Hyphen and will be joined by Carbon Recruitment, also a specialist recruitment agency.

Both companies are co-owned by Laurence Elkington and will occupy circa sq ft space on the first and second floors of Hyphen. Boultbee Brooks has sub-divided the two floors to provide a fully-fitted turnkey solution for Hunter Education and Carbon Recruitment, on an all-inclusive rent basis.

Specialist consultants OBI advised Boultbee Brooks on the transaction as part of its multi-discipline services, which include: leasing and investment, office acquisitions, building consultancy, business relocations, interior design, project management and dilapidations.

Andrew Cowell, Transaction and Asset Management at OBI, commented “It is brilliant to see two new tenants take space within the ‘fully fitted and furnished’ studios at Hyphen. The studios are generating lots of interest as businesses can occupy high quality workspace on a ‘plug and play’ approach and have access to communal roof space, an on-site cafe and gym in a building in a great location on the edge of St Peter’s Square.”

Laurence Elkington, director of Hunter Education, added “We are looking forward to making Hyphen the new home to both Hunter Education and Carbon Recruitment. As a premium office space that offers a host of brilliant on-site facilities, it is the ideal setting for a new era of growth.”

Hyphen offers fully-fitted, self-contained, interior designed, turnkey spaces from 650 to 7,000 sq ft, with transparent pricing and flexible terms, as well as amenities including a premium coffee shop and lifestyle gym, as well as communal and event spaces.

Zoe Wood, Asset Manager at Boultbee Brooks Real Estate said: “Hyphen offers unique spaces for teams to meet, collaborate and interact – all set in flexible, contemporary surroundings. We are really pleased to welcome the first two businesses and look forward to building on this momentum.”
