Bill’s Restaurant & Bar has opened its doors with a vibrant new look, in a stylish new space in Spinningfields, Manchester.

Famed for its friendly, welcoming atmosphere and seasonal offering, Bill’s has relocated from its former Manchester city-centre location, on John Dalton Street, to its new Spinningfields home at 3 Hardman Square.

The new 177 sqm dining space accommodates up to 96 covers, featuring cosy booths, sociable sharing tables, co-working space and a bespoke bar area. There is also external seating, in the heart of Spinningfields, for 26 covers.

This exciting new opening comes with a striking new interior, enhancing the Bill’s
experience.

The Spinningfields’ restaurant and bar features the brand’s sophisticated redesign, which includes modern décor, vibrant colours, luxurious velvet seating and opulent, statement chandeliers. Quirky touches and vintage finds, hand-selected by Bill himself, complete the new opening’s look.

Set across one floor, in the city’s financial district, the new glamorous restaurant and bar is set to become one of Spinningfields’s hottest go-to destinations. The cosy interiors and eclectic menu make it an ideal spot for both breakfast and lunch, whilst its sharing tables make for a convenient co-working space or business meeting.

Bill’s Manchester comes to life in the evenings, with vibrant cocktails and delicious dinner specials each night, from British classics and fresh plant-based alternatives – trusty, signature dishes include Pan Fried Chicken with Wild Mushrooms; Bill’s Classic Burger, and new additions to the menu, Roasted Butternut Squash and Feta Risotto; Jackfruit Salad Bowl.

The drinks menu features six new cocktails exclusively for Manchester, for something different opt for a Manchester Tea Party, which combines earl grey syrup, elderflower liqueur, cinchona bark with gin and sparkling water, or a Wildflower Margarita, a concoction of kaffir lime, hibiscus, nori, agave and tequila.

Fruiter, sweeter options include Shrub A Dub Dub, Strawberry Storm, Passionfruit Spritz and Pineapple Express. The gin menu, exclusive to the site, uses Cheshire sourced Three Wrens gin, and features three bespoke G&T combinations, Apple Crumble Gin served with Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic, Rhubarb Gin served with Fever-Tree Ginger Ale and Original Dry Gin with Fever-Tree Tonic.
