Carmela Sereno-Hayes is a cookery tutor specialising in the art of making beautiful pasta. She is also an event cookery demonstrator, recipe developer and the author of two fantastic cookery books.

At Carmela’s Kitchen Masterclass you’ll become an expert in making various types of pasta, learning how to make fresh pasta dough and transform it using natural dyes. You’ll demonstrate a variety of patterns and shapes, such as double coloured pasta alla chitarra, along with fantastic capelli hates, soprese tortellini and corzetti pasta disks.

The cost is also inclusive of a glass of Prosecco and anti-pasti on arrival, as well as a delicious Neapolitan meal and wine after the class.
