This Fryday, cult-favourite burger and shake spot Archie’s is teaming up with visionary fries brand, Lamb Weston, to bring serious fun, and free fries, to Manchester. To celebrate the return of the Lamb Weston Twister Fries to the Archie’s menu for a limited time only, the duo are hosting an unmissable giveaway event at Archie’s Trafford Palazzo on Friday 17th October from 5pm to 8pm.
The first 500 hungry fans through the doors will snag a free portion of Lamb Weston Twister Fries, with the first 100 also securing exclusive goodie bags, designed to inspire diners to create Twister Fry creations of their own at home, with Twister Fries available to buy and cook at home from most major retailers.
The collaboration marks the return of the original curly fry to the Archie’s menu, first patented by Lamb Weston back in the 1980s.
The goodie bags will inspire foodie fanatics to create a mash up of Archie’s menu classics of their own – the Lamb Weston Twister Fryshake. A sweet-meets-savoury treat inspired by the nostalgic habit of dipping fries in milkshakes, the Lamb Weston Twister Fryshake blends umami potato goodness with a sweet and spicy twist. Goodie bags include a serving glass, sipping straws, sundae spoons, a recipe card to create the Lamb Weston Twister Fryshake plus a supermarket voucher to purchase Lamb Weston fries at home.
And the excitement doesn’t stop there. Lamb Weston Twister Fries will be on Archie’s menu from 24th October to 5th December. During this period, Archie’s fans and chip-lovers have a chance to win a share of 10,000 free portions of Twister Fries.
