Animal Crossing have the stage split and set times for their highly anticipated first festival Summer Of Love, happening August 21st – 22nd in a renovated warehouse a stones throw away Manchester Victoria train station.

Amongst the many highlights over what is set to be a weekend to remember, the mighty Gottwood takes over the Love Factory (main stage) proceedings on the Saturday. Hosting a never seen before selection of the best underground selectors, including 3 hours of Romanian stalwarts Praslesh (Raresh b2b Praslea), not to mention SIT and Priku the iconic welsh festival will be getting Sumer Of Love off to a flying start.

Elsewhere on the Saturday second stage highlights include a mammoth 3 hour headline set from Turkish wizard Onur Ozer, supported by the likes of Evan Baggs and RA+RE resident Ethel.

Sunday at Summer Of Love will see the Animal Crossing team themselves on Love Factory (main stage) hosting duties, using their impeccable knowledge of the finest underground DJs on the scene to close out the weekend in their very own inimitable style.

Highlights include an extended 4 hour set for the mighty ARPIAR (Raresh, Petre Insperecsi & Rhadoo), playing their first Manchester show in over 10 years, with the likes of the legendary Parisienne selector Dyed Soundorom joining them in support. Sunday on the second stage will will see an extended set and world first with Shonky and Traumer going b2b for a full 4 hours, joined by the likes of Truly Madly and Hamish & Toby.

Not content in providing one of the most impressive line ups of underground DJs on the current festival circuit, Animal Crossings ethos is also one of community. With this in mind the crew have provided a multitude of connective experiences including a wellness area co-hosted by national yoga platform Blok and MInd Manchester, an artist corner hosted by Smolensky Gallery, a record fair with selectors from local outlets Basement Wax, Vinyl Pimp and more, and finally a local street food market hosted by Eat MCR.

Blok will be providing a much needed respite from raving with mind and body activities including a Flowstate Movement party and Breathwork & Soundbath classes on the Saturday, as well as Acroflow Connection and Mindfulness classes on the Sunday. Smolensky Gallery will be hosting an incredible variety of activities throughout the weekend including the likes of Open Mic sessions and Drum Circles, providing yet another welcome dimension to an already jam packed weekend.
