Dakota Manchester’s popular restaurant, Dakota Grill, has unveiled a limited-edition menu showcasing six, statement courses, for £40 per person.

Introducing A Taste of Dakota, this exclusive menu is available six days a week (Sunday to Friday, not available on Saturday) for three weeks, from Monday, 19th October to Sunday, the 8th November.

Renowned for its feel-good food with a fabulously fine twist, Dakota Grill serves up
quality and seasonally-inspired dishes. A Taste of Dakota will showcase six courses
that define the style of Dakota Grill, blending ingredients to create an explosion of
flavour.

In true Dakota style, start with an Amuse Bouche, followed by Pork Cheek with pear, hazelnut & Parma ham – sweet, nutty and salty all in one. A twist on a King Scallop,
served with cauliflower cheese, pancetta and pea.

Signature, prime cut steaks are Dakota’s speciality – grass-fed, 35-day-aged beef, sourced from the very best British farms; enjoy a Chateaubriand, lightly seasoned then beautifully cooked to your preference over hot coals. The 500g sharing steak is served with shallot puree, confit tomatoes and fries.

For dessert, a British twist on an Italian classic, Earl Grey Panna Cotta with lemon foam; and finally, finish on a richer note with Chocolate & Pistachio with blackberry sorbet.

There’s also the option to add on sides of Short Rib Mac & Cheese, Truffle & Parmesan Fries and Vegetables & Salads.

Vegetarians will enjoy Port Poached Pear with hazelnut & chicory, followed by Crispy
Cauliflower with a classic combination of soy, ginger and garlic, and Hay Baked
Celeriac with truffle potato puree & tenderstem broccoli. Lemon Posset with blackberry will cleanse the palette, before an indulgent Millionaire Shortbread with caramel ice- cream.

Dining at Dakota Grill is the ultimate decadent dining experience. Situated on the ground floor of Dakota Manchester Hotel, The Grill’s sleek interiors and intimate dining zones combine both luxury and comfortability.
