Police searching for missing 55 year old John Houghton have found a body
Emergency services were called to a site on Victoria Avenue East yesterday morning and he was pronounced dead at the scene
he was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
His next of kin have been informed.
John was last seen at the Quadrant, in Blackley, in the early hours of Sunday, September 12.
There are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding his death and a file will be passed to the coroner.
