A Few Scoops will officially launch their new 8 week pop-up concept at Selfridges Trafford on Thursday 26th August, ahead of the bank holiday weekend.

A Few Scoops specialises in alcohol infused ice-cream, sorbets and ice-pops, and will bring its show-stopping pink push bike barlour, affectionately known as Dolly, to the Selfridges Foodhall.

Launching on Thursday 26th August, from 10am-10pm, A Few Scoops will be giving away free scoops to the first 50 customers, in celebration of the new opening. Limited to one per person and whilst stocks last.

Boozy flavours up for grabs include an Espresso Martini Ice Cream, Old Fashioned Ice Cream and Pina Colada Ice Cream (vegan), as well as alcohol free options, such as Oreo Shake Ice cream, Biscoff Shake Ice Cream and Cream Soda Ice Cream. There will also be boozy and non boozy vegan sorbets, such as a refreshing Mojito Sorbet (with alcohol) and a Vimto Sorbet (without).

A Few Scoops is a born and bred Manchester business, with all ice creams and sorbets made locally in Sale. It is the brainchild of Alanna Atkinson, who wanted to create a way to blend her love of ice cream with her favourite tipples. Launching the business in June 2019, Jolene, the pink tuk tuk set Alanna on her way to serving the ice cream of dreams to the city. After a successful business launch, A Few Scoops soon expanded their offering through the addition of Dolly the pink push bike.

Owner and founder of A Few Scoops, Alanna Atkinson said: “When we started A Few Scoops, we knew we didn’t want a standard ice cream van, we wanted something that was different and joyful, something that people would want to capture and share with friends! We’ve had such an amazing summer, touring events and festivals all around the North West, we’re so excited to be working with Selfridges on our next chapter of events.”
