Police have released a new CCTV image of a man they wish to speak to after a series of bank card thefts targeting elderly people in Rochdale earlier this month
An elderly man’s bank card was stolen on Wednesday 7 September at the 3 ATM machines at Morrisons, Kingsway, Rochdale after he was distracted by the offender. The card was then used to withdraw £250 at an ATM at the Shell Eagle Service Station, Queensway, Rochdale, with the offender arriving and leaving in a silver Ford Focus, registration EX59 ATK.
