Iconic Japanese restaurant, wagamama, is set to launch a lifesize colouring wall this weekend at Manchester’s Trafford Centre. The colourful creation will encourage shoppers to take a minute to be mindful.

Inspired by the Japanese concept – Ikagai, Wagamama has also developed in-restaurant features such as colouring mats and nourishing dish recommendations; crammed with ingredients rich in nutrients that can have benefits to the mind, body and soul as well as delight the taste buds.

To amplify this, Wagamama is helping to put a smile on the faces of Manucians this weekend by activating a giant shopping wall for visitors to literally leave their mark on.Visitors across the weekend will be treated to complimentary positive juices, juice vouchers and branded tote bags.

Kate Dell, Regional Marketing Manager for Wagamama said: “At Wagamama we believe in nourishing the body and soul. We also believe it’s really important to take a little time out for yourself, whether this is eating in one of our restaurants or making time to do something you really love.”

“Colouring is a relaxing and simple way of making time for yourself and concentrating in this way may also help to reduce stress levels, train thoughts and attention.” Dell added.

If you are out shopping this weekend why not take a break and go for some great nutritious food and get your artsy side out on the colouring wall at Wagamama? More information on the restaurant is available here.
