World Cup Pop-Up

A World Cup pop-up bar is opening in the heart of Altrincham at Kings Court, a leisure and office complex built around a secluded courtyard off Railway Street.

The Libero Pop-Up bar is opening on Friday 15th June at 1pm and will close Sunday 15th July.

Friends and football fanatics Paul Rooney and Ian Smythe, who play for Chorlton Athletic FC, have combined their love of football and craft beers to create Libero.

Paul commented, ”We have created a venue that will appeal to broad demographic and one which people will feel comfortable in while enjoying an excellent pint of bear watching the World Cup, tucked away from more raucous fans.”

Daniel Lee, director, Regional Property Solutions, who let the niche space on behalf of the landlord Wizard Trading (Europe) Ltd, said,” This space has recently become available and the Pop-Up concept was an appealing local initiative for the duration of the World Cup and Kings Court provided the ideal location”
