A new cafe opening at St Peter’s House on Oxford Road is looking for volunteers to help run the new operation.

Volunteer baristas, café hosts and food geniuses are required for the social enterprise which will be opening slap-bang at the front of St Peter’s House on Oxford Road, in the heart of the University Quarter.

The Café will also be serving up proper coffee, cracking brews and cockle-warming, freshly cooked food that will see the good folk of Manchester heading off with happy bellies and the warm glow of knowing they’ve been part of something good.

St Peter’s House (a registered charity) is home to the Christian chaplaincy for The University of Manchester, Manchester Metropolitan University, RNCM and the University of Law.

Milk and Honey will be operated by St Peter’s House as a social enterprise, so any profits generated will be reinvested into the community, and we will work with a wide range of volunteers who will all become part of the Milk and Honey story.
