Two men will appear in court tomorrow charged with the murder of a 39 year old taxi driver in Rochdale
Connor McPartland aged 20, of Hollins Road, Oldham, and Martin Treacy 18, of Gawsworth Close, Oldham, has both been charged with murder.
Both men have been remanded in custody to appear at Manchester Magistrates Court tomorrow .
The taxi driver was seriously assaulted on Queensway in Rochdale in the aerly hours of the 30th October and was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
He sadly passed away in hospital on Sunday 14 November.
