Coming back from a year of cancelled shows, the Untold Orchestra are packing 3 of their renowned ‘icon’ shows into 4 dates at Freight Island.

With shows including a night of Stevie Wonder, a night of David Bowie and two days of Disney classics, there really is enough music for all the family to enjoy.

Since its formation just over two years ago, The Untold Orchestra has worked on various
collaborations, including recording projects with Grammy Award-winning Bill Laurance
(Snarky Puppy), their sell-out Manchester shows Nina: An Orchestral Rendition and 50
Years of Abbey Road: An Orchestral Rendition and their one-off Manchester International Festival performance with renowned Manchester rapper Skittles and his
group 8 Gold Rings.

Comprising some of the UK’s finest classical, pop and jazz musicians, the Untold Orchestra
will be joined on stage by vocalists including Jenna G, Martin Connor, Nicole Battick,
Dominic Lawson, Mica Millar, Ellen Lewis, Ben Lee Smith, Yemi Bolatiwa, Lisa Olivant and
Will Jaquet.

Both the orchestra and the venue have been working hard to prioritise safety for patrons,
players and staff, whilst being able to deliver a night of high-quality live entertainment. You
can read the venue’s Safe and Social manifesto via their website.

After too long without it, Escape To Freight Island are making sure that live music reaches
as many people as they can with these special shows in the run-up to Christmas. All the
shows promise to be unique, magical events giving something exciting to look forward to at
the end of a pretty bleak year.

Head over to the Escape to Freight Island website and book your tables now – they’re going
fast.
