This September, Gaydio presenter, Brett Harris is hosting a new monthly residency, The Pop Vault, which showcases emerging and undiscovered pop-inspired music acts from around the UK.

Starting on Thursday 21st September, and then repeating regularly on the third Thursday of each month, the first showcase will see headline sets from melody master, Samuel Pack, performances from Manchester born-and-bred Joe Cloney, self-confessed hairbrush diva HUSK and Cumbrian singer-songwriter Charlotte Ducie.

Hosted at the iconic Deansgate Locks venue, Lock 91, each act will perform a set of four or five original songs and their own interpretation of an iconic pop song – you’ll get to experience old favourites like never before and discover future favourites all in one evening.

Announcing the new event, curator of The Pop Vault, Brett Harris, said: “I love live music and I love pop music. I’ve been waiting for a night like this in Manchester for some time, so rather than continue that wait I thought I’d fill the gap myself. As a radio presenter, I’m contacted daily by musicians who want to platform their art and I’m so pleased that I can now do that in the city I’ve called home for a decade.”
Tickets are just £6.50 including booking fee and can be purchased through Skiddle by searching for ‘The Pop Vault’ or via the link here – https://www.skiddle.com/whats-on/Manchester/Lock-91-/The-Pop-Vault/36649155/.
