With January being the month of new resolutions, The Ivy Spinningfields is offering a selection of lighter and healthier dishes bursting with fresh flavours, available in the Ivy Brasserie and Roof Garden throughout January and into the spring.

Available as part of the à la carte and vegetarian/vegan menus, dishes include a delicious avocado and tomato cocktail with red pepper, lettuce and pomegranate, dressed with a spicy harissa sauce.

There is also a tossed Asian salad with a warm salad of beansprouts, pak choi, watermelon, broccoli, cashew nuts, sesame and coriander with hoisin sauce and a jackfruit and peanut bang bang salad with chayote, Chinese leaf, mooli, crispy wonton, peanuts, sesame seeds and coriander.

Lighter options are also available on the special’s menu throughout the month of January, including a miso-glazed chicken salad and yellowfin tuna.

The bar team will also be serving up a menu of smoothies and coolers as well as low and no alcohol drinks, available throughout January.

Highlights include peach & elderflower iced tea and a refreshing mixed berry smoothie, whilst those looking for a tipple this month can enjoy the Temperance G&T, a full-flavoured G&T incorporating Hayman’s Small Gin, Fever-Tree naturally light tonic and the NOgroni – a non-alcoholic twist on the classic Aperitivo with Seedlip Grove 42 Citrus.
