A steakhouse institution, Manchester’s Grill on New York Street has introduced a brand-new #MadeForSundays menu, spoiling diners with a curated menu of classic roast dinners with all the trimmings and sharing roasts for social dining up to four.

Grill on New York Street, situated behind Piccadilly Gardens on New York Street, is an established Manchester favourite, known for its premium steaks, buzzing bar, cocktails and al-fresco dining.

With the aim of making Sundays even better, the #MadeForSundays menu offers diners the ultimate Sunday feast – a proper roast with one, two and three course options. The menu is available from 12pm and served until all roasts are gone!

Starters include Potted Beef, served with toasted sourdough and American mustard; Torched Red Pepper Houmous, crudities and garlic crisp breads; and Smoked Haddock Fishcake with watercress, lemon and lime mayonnaise.

For mains, a trio of roasts will be served including Half-Roasted Chicken with Stuffing, Roast Leg of Pork with Crackling and Roast Topside of Beef, all served with carrot and swede mash, buttered shredded cabbage, beef dripping potatoes, homemade Yorkshire puddings and proper gravy. Diners can upgrade their Sunday dining experience with a signature English Longbone Beef sharing roast for parties of two to four people. This ‘Tomahawk’ ribeye is served on the bone for an incredible flavour, with all the trimming

For those who want the full three courses, a delicious selection of desserts includes Sticky Toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream, Baked Apple and Rhubarb Charlotte with vanilla ice cream and raspberry coulis, or Pecan Tart, served with salted caramel and ice cream.

Renowned for its extensive wine cabinet and innovative cocktail menu, Grill on New York Street has a spacious bar area where diners can enjoy a pre-dinner or post-dinner drink. Advocating “because no great story every started with a salad”, the cocktail menu covers all bases.

Designed for both the experimental and classic cocktail drinkers, the menu features “Blackhouse Stamp” cocktails including Blackhouse favourites, “Classics”, “Non-alcoholic” as well as a dedicated “Gin” menu. From a punchy Smokey Old Fashioned, to refreshing locally sourced Manchester Three Rivers Perfect Serve G&T, to signature drink ‘The Florist’ a concoction of Aperol, Absoult Vanilla, lemon, hibiscus syrup and fresh rhubarb – there’s something for everyone.

Grill on New York Street also offers a Bottomless Brunch menu on Saturdays, weekly lunch deals from 12pm-4pm and a range of set menu options for all occasions. One course, £14.50, two courses, £19.50 and three courses £24.50, sharing roasts start from £50 for two people, with an 800g Tomahawk.
