The unique arts & crafts event returns this Bank Holiday Weekend to Green Walk, Whalley Range.

Created and organised by a group of residents, the annual Green Walk Open House Arts & Crafts Weekend 2018 takes place in the leafy cul-de-sac amongst the residents’ homes, where artists/designers/creatives use the homes as exhibitions spaces to showcase and sell their work.

With 50 artists taking part, this popular two day event has been attracting a large enthusiastic following from the local community and beyond. Exhibitors include painters, ceramicists, photographers, jewellers, embroiderers and glass designers – who’ll be displaying their stunning work inside the Green Walk homes. Plus there will be a series of cookery demonstrations at No 5 Green Walk with At The Kitchen. (Full listing below).

Outside on the green itself there will be a programme of live music and plenty of delicious street food and drinks. Look out for Little Cheesy Things, MC Street Food, Gingers Emporium…and of course teas/coffee and plenty of homemade cakes.

The Green Walk Arts & Crafts Weekend takes place on Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 May 12pm – 6pm ~ and it looks set to be full of sunshine! It’s a must for anyone wanting to spend a leisurely afternoon over the bank holiday weekend.
