As restrictions ease and we can meet in small groups outdoors, drinks will certainly be on the menu, so here are a few Easter tipple ideas from Janet Harrison at the People’s Choice Drinks Awards.

If the weather doesn’t play ball over the Easter bank holiday weekend, we might need something warming to enjoy.

Red wines for Spring lamb

Rioja is a great match with lamb and this Booth & Co. Gran Norte Rioja Crianza 2017
would be a perfect choice.

Made from 100% Tempranillo with hints of vanilla and spice, this was a popular winner of the Red for Easy Weekday Meals category at the Awards. It will pretty much go with most meaty dishes, including pizza and pasta too.
