Cosy Club has launched its new summer menu with some beautiful and well balanced new dishes which include award-winning vegan options.

The pioneering ‘Beyond Meat Burger’ has been a very popular choice with diners, made of a meat-free patty, melted cheese, lettuce, tomato, gherkin, red onion and burger sauce. Joining this vegan burger is Cosy Club’s Vegan Fish and Chips. Made with battered tofu with minted mushy garden peas and tartare sauce – a perfect meat-free alternative.

The Asian Seabass is another dish available this summer. With noodles, pak choi and baby corn in a miso sesame broth, with spring onions, chilli and toasted cashews.

The Thai Green Chicken Curry and the Thai Green Vegetable Curry also join Cosy Club’s menu this summer. The chicken curry includes coconut, coriander rice, prawn crackers, spring rolls and sweet chilli dipping sauce. The veggie option has the same ingredients but just without the prawn crackers and chicken. 

To celebrate summer a new cocktail will be available at Cosy Club. Partnering with Manchester Pride, they will launch a delicious LOVE WINS cocktail available from the 7th July. It’s a fruity drink full of passion and vodka to get everyone ready for the celebrations!
