The Prime Minister has condemned the attack, speaking after the COBR meeting

Earlier leaving Copenhagen Airport the Prime Minister said that the attack was “shocking” and pledged to “do everything to keep our Jewish community safe.”
The COBR meeting included Communities Secretary Steve Reed and Assistant Police Commissioner for the Met Laurence Taylor
DPM David Lammy and Met Chief Mark Rowley are also there. Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood and Manchester Mayor Andy Burnham are dialling in from Manchester it is understood
In the last few minutes Greater Manchester Police have confirmed that the device the attacker was wearing was not viable
Earlier Assistant Police Commissioner for the Met Laurence Taylor confirmed that the attack is being treated as a terrorist incident.
He also confirmed two other people have been arrested in connection with the events.
He said police believe the suspect has been identified, but the name is not being released for “safety reasons.”
