With the easing of restrictions from April onwards, Shoryu Ramen Manchester has opened its online bookings for outdoor bookings from Monday 12th April and indoor bookings from Monday 17th May.

The restaurant will be welcoming guests back for the chance to dine outdoors from the 12th April, with selection of tables being available for walk-ins.

The restaurant will be bringing back its delicious ramen noodle dishes, curries, buns and sides for customers to enjoy at the restaurant.

Dishes at the restaurant include its authentic Hakata tonkotsu ramen, with the ramen noodle options including Shoryu Ganso Tonkotsu; rich 12-hour pork broth ramen, topped with char siu bbq pork belly, nitamago burford brown egg, kikurage mushrooms, spring onion, sesame, red ginger, nori seaweed and fried shallots, Kotteri Hakata Tonkotsu; a richer, thicker, meatier tonkotsu broth, double nitamago egg, Karaka Tan Tan Tonkotsu; Tonkotsu broth with a twist – rich and spicy minced pork, marinated in white miso, garlic and chiu chow chilli oil (no char siu bbq pork belly, no sesame), and Dracula Tonkotsu; power up tonkotsu broth with caramelised black garlic mayu, garlic chips.

Vegetarian options include White Natural – tonyu soy milk, miso, konbu & shiitake broth, atsuage fried tofu, kikurage mushrooms, menma bamboo shoots, spring onion & nori seaweed and Spicy Natural.

For a special ramen dish, try the Miso Wafu Chicken; unique tonyu soy milk, white miso, shiitake mushroom & konbu soy broth, chicken karaage, kikurage mushrooms, spring onion, red ginger and nori seaweed.

Curries include the Chicken Katsu; with white rice, crisp panko breaded chicken breast, special curry sauce, Japanese pickles and salad garnish and the Pumpkin Croquette Curry; delicious pumpkin croquette, chef’s special curry sauce, white rice, and Japanese pickles.

Alongside mains, the signature Shoryu steamed buns with a choice of delicious fillings include the much-loved BBQ Pork Bun, Pumpkin Croquette and Chicken Karaage and a range of temptings sides including edamame, tiger prawn tempura and pork gyoza.

A selection of delicious cocktails will also be available to enjoy outdoors during the summer months.
