Salford born brewing company SEVEN BRO7HERS has introduced its own range of house spirits to each of its Salford, Ancoats and Manchester Airport T2 bars and taproom.
Following the merger with SIS4ERS Distillery, the brothers have decided to ensure its house pours remain ‘in the family’ – with an exclusive signature gin, vodka, and white rum available across all its beer houses.
The bespoke range includes:
- SEVEN BRO7HERS VODKA– The first vodka from the SIS4ERS DISTILLERY, this spirit is clean and crisp but leaves a smooth feel after every sip. Add a mixer of your choice to create a simple pub classic. (37.5% ABV, 70cl)
- SEVEN BRO7HERS GIN– A classic blend of botanicals including juniper, coriander, lemon and orange, with a delicate hint of cassia, distilled slowly and artistically in a copper pot still. The beerhouse will be serving this beauty with a refreshing tonic, a wedge of orange and fresh blueberries for a classic and delicious Gin & Tonic. (37.5% ABV, 70cl)
- SEVEN BRO7HERS WHITE RUM–This white rum has been specially created for our brothers. It’s fresh, sweet and has an aromatic, delicate finish. It makes the best Mojito or long drink with a dash of cola. (37.5% ABV, 70cl)
