Rudy’s has announced that its new Altrincham restaurant will be opening in July, creating up to 30 local jobs.

The neighbourhood pizzeria will bring its relaxed dining concept to the former OneCentral food court on Central Way, right in the heart of the vibrant Manchester suburb.

The new Altrincham pizzeria will bring a facelift to Charis House, introducing a new mezzanine level, extension to the side/rear and repositioning of the external stairwell, providing a spacious restaurant with over 100 covers, alongside outside dining options.

Since launching in 2015 in Ancoats, Rudy’s quickly gained a cult following for its authentic Neapolitan pizzas & quality ingredients, and the new opening will mark the brand’s 7th pizzeria in Greater Manchester and its 27th in the country.

Commenting on the new opening, Neal Bates of Rudy’s, said: “We’re really excited about bringing Rudy’s authentic Neapolitan pizza to Altrincham, joining the community and getting to know our neighbours in this bustling suburb. The new Rudy’s Altrincham will create up to 30 jobs in the local area with both front of house and pizzaiolos positions.
