Manchester’s number one entertainment venue, Printworks, is ‘Open for Quizness’ with the launch of two interactive gameshows offering the chance to win £500 worth of prizes and the chance for one lucky Mancunian to be crowned the Cities ultimate quiz champion!
When looking back over the last year quizzes will long be remembered for keeping us entertained, connected with our loved ones or just aware of what day of the week it is.
This is why, in celebration of us approaching re-opening on 17th May, Printworks is hosting two interactive gameshows in partnership with local game developers Piing, to (hopefully) end all quizzes!
Taking place live on Tuesday 4th May and Tuesday 11th May at 6:30pm, they are inviting the City to pick up their phones and meet friends, family or colleagues on the leader board.
This isn’t just any old online quiz, whether you’re at home with a takeout meal, in the park or were lucky enough to get a seat out in the beer garden, you can join in for the chance to win a variety of prizes including vouchers to spend in your favourite Printworks destination and maybe a few booby prizes too!
Jason Shay, Centre Director at Printworks, said, “Over the last 20 years, Printworks has been the number one destination for entertaining family and friends with fun-filled days and vibrant nights out. We’re looking forward to hosting the quiz to end all quizzes to treat our much-loved and loyal customers ahead of the reopening of our indoor venues from the 17th May.”
There’ll be five quiz rounds to take part in including Food and Drink, British Pop Culture and Manchester, with a sports round to discover if Manchester is truly red or blue so whether you’re looking to retain that quiz crown or take the last-minute win at the only quiz that really matters, we’ll see you there live at 6.30pm sharp.
Make a night of it with a take-away delivery from Nando’s, Hard Rock Café or Wasabi. Wagamama and Hard Rock Café are also open for outdoor drinks and dining. We would suggest pre-booking a table.
