Avison Young’s Manchester team has successfully sold Block B of Vulcan Point, a speculative new build industrial development in Oldham, for £1.3m whilst simultaneously securing a tenant for Block A, meaning that Vulcan Business Park and Vulcan Point are now fully let.
Covering 16,434 sq ft, Block B was developed by Beva Investments and purchased by General Traffic Ltd.
Block A offers 14,726 sq ft and has been let to Ambassador Textiles Ltd, on an 8-year lease.
Ruth Leighton, from Avison Young, said: “Demand for quality, strategically located, industrial sites remains high, so we expected to receive a lot of interest for both Vulcan Point and Vulcan Business Park. Work only completed on site in late 2018 so we are delighted that this speculative new development is now fully occupied.”
