Exciting news for Manchester’s pet-loving community! Locally based Practice Owner and Head Veterinary Surgeon Dr Alex Ilas is delighted to announce the launch of his very first Vets for Pets practice.
The grand opening happened on Friday 4th July where an official ribbon cutting ceremony was held along with practice tours lead by Dr Ilas.
Graduating in 2017, Dr Ilas joined the Vets for Pets Graduate Scheme in 2018 and has since built a strong reputation in the local veterinary community. He started his career within Vets for Pets in practices across the North West. Currently completing a certificate in small animal surgery, Dr Ilas brings a wealth of experience and a commitment to high-quality, compassionate care.
Dr Alex Ilas, Practice Owner and Head Veterinary Surgeon, commented:
“Opening my first practice is a dream come true, I’ve always prided myself on offering personalised and compassionate care to the pets in my community and now I can finally do it in a practice of my very own. With over £500,000 of investment, this 1400sq ft practice features three consultation rooms, an operating theatre, in-house laboratory, dental suite, separate dog and cat wards fitted with top of the range carriers to ease anxiety, as well as both X-ray and ultrasound capabilities guaranteeing local pet owners have easy access to expert veterinary care.
