Yorkshire-based furniture maker and retailer, HSL, is set to open a brand-new store in Prestwich on Thursday 16th December at 9am.
For over 53 years, HSL have handcrafted beautiful, high-quality furniture, bringing true comfort to thousands of happy customers. Their newest showroom will offer over 2,000 square feet of space dedicated to a wide selection of sofas, chairs, and beds and will include 6 onsite parking spaces for shoppers to enjoy.
The new showroom replaces the Bolton store, and will be managed by Team Leader Jacqui Hayden, who formerly worked at the Bolton site, along with a team of colleagues.
To celebrate the grand opening, customers visiting the new store between 16th – 19th December will be offered an £100 voucher upon entry to the store*. Prestwich customers will be able to enjoy HSL’s full product range, including their best-selling sofas, recliners, risers, chairs, and beds.
Additionally, customers will have full access to HSL’s specialist 7-Point Seating Assessment™, which considers individual customer needs and requirements to find the right sized chair to enhance their posture and wellbeing. The 7-Point Seating Assessment™ can be accessed in any of HSL’s 53 Comfort Stores, or by arranging a home visit with a trained Comfort Specialist.

The site was formerly a TSB bank, so I suspect it will be a bit of a change for the community, but we’re really excited to welcome customers both old and new to see the new space. The past 18 months have really shown the value of comfort with spending more time at home, and we look forward to offering advice to the local community and wider Manchester area. Our aim is to help them find the right furniture for their individual needs.”
