The exciting new complex, open from Thursday 10 th February includes the highly anticipated THE CUBE Live, Tech-Infused Mini Golf, Putters and award-winning burger bar THE BUTCHER (The Netherlands, Germany, Spain & U.K.), designed by renowned international architects Baranowitz + Kronenberg (B+K).
Applying their aptitude in spatial design and human experience, B+K have created a world of exploration that sparks play and social interaction. Stretching over two floors and 4,000 square metres, the immersive venue and first Urban Playground site, adds a new dimension to the retail experience.
Urban Playground, in partnership with Objective Media Group is bringing THE CUBE to Manchester. You have seen it on TV, but now the award-winning hit show has left the studio
and, for the first time ever, fans of the show can experience THE CUBE live.
The unique venue offers teams of up to four to play THE CUBE Live and will see contestants attempt seemingly simple tasks within the high-pressure confines of the iconic Perspex box.
Choosing seven iconic games, both single player and two player that feature on the original TV series, team-mates will have to overcome extreme nerves and intense pressure as they take on THE CUBE.
The eagerly anticipated opening of Urban Playground in Manchester Arndale is set for Thursday 10th February 2022 and tickets are on sale here.

The experience doesn’t stop there. The Bar has you covered with everything from delicious
cocktails to all your favourite liqueurs. It’s the perfect place to sit back, catch up and watch people take on THE CUBE Live.
Accompanying THE CUBE Live is Putters; a Tech-Infused Mini Golf extravaganza delivering the best putting experience in the world.
Challenge your friends or family in groups of up to six and take on three themed nine-hole challenges designed to captivate and challenge visitors. Live scoreboards show each player’s points, you’ll also find on-screen animations and audio bringing every hole to life.
Keep your eyes on the scoreboard and see how your points stack up, not just against your team, but against other high scores each day and see if you’re the best crazy golf player in Manchester. Prices of tickets range from £7 up to £20. The minimum age to play
Putters is 9 years old.
Playing golf can be thirsty work, so Urban Playground has installed Putters Bar, the uber-cool cocktail bar with an array of premium beers, wines, spirits, and cocktails available to purchase.
