A 27-year-old male motorcyclist has died a day after he suffered serious injuries as a result of the incident on Saturday when two males were on the motorbike when it collided with a fence post on a path off Hall Lane in Aspull, Wigan.
A 16-year-old male thankfully only suffered minor injuries.
GMP’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) are now appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident to come forward.
