Globally renowned Belgian beer Duvel, is delighted to announce its next collaboration within its sell-out Duvel Dinner series, this time with the much-loved Maray Manchester.

A  partnership designed to inspire people to both cook and eat with beer; past collaborations have included popping up with The Wilderness in Birmingham, Decatur in London and 10 Tib Lane last time they were in Manchester.

The menu features both vegetarian and meat options, highlights include: Stuffed sabich pitta slider filled with aubergine, egg, tahini, sumac onions and fried potato paired with Duvel Tripel Hop for a refreshing start, followed by fried chicken with fenugreek & ginger ketchup and pickles paired with Duvel 6.66% complementing the warmth of the ginger. Snacks include Argentinian red prawn or a cauliflower bhaji paired with a Duvel Original bloody Mary Sauce. For the main event, Duvel Original, will be paired with Lamb koftas with Labneh and rhubarb, or caramelised carrots with pinenut tarator, sour grapes
