This year’s Valentine’s menu features a variety of flavourful dishes. Start with Yuzu cured salmon paired with soy gel and crispy shallot, followed by sea bass fillet with anna potato and bouillabaisse sauce or beef fillet, served with slow cooked ox cheek croquette, confit herb potatoes, roast cauliflower and black garlic jus. For dessert, enjoy the opulent Valrhona Caramella Chocolate Crémeux, served with clementine and the hotel’s bespoke Lowry Honey, which is created in partnership with local supplier, The Bee Centre.
