Caroo, a Manchester-based tech start-up, is being flooded with national brands signing up to the recruitment platform.

In the last month alone, household brands including Talk Talk, Jet2.com, Matalan and Sofology have all signed up to the platform, posting a variety of roles across Software, IT, HR, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Customer Support and Project Management.

Other leading national companies including Fujitsu, Bosch Automotive, Matillion and Steinhoff UK retail limited have also signed up to Caroo over the last few weeks. These brands join the likes of Disney Streaming, The Hut Group, GymShark, Adidas and over 250 other brands not only using the platform but helping to shape the product roadmap through their feedback.

Gareth Peterson, managing director of Caroo, said: “We always knew that Caroo was going to fly but the response we have received within the first three months is phenomenal. We’re overwhelmed with the level of engagement and the willingness to provide feedback that will ultimately help shape a best in class recruitment technology platform.

Recruitment platform, Caroo, uses algorithms to identify, match and notify candidates about roles that suit their skills and experience across a variety of head office job opportunities. Candidate profiles are anonymous, and no data is collected on gender, age, or race etc – it’s purely down to skills, interests and experience.

The platform is free to any businesses within the North West and Yorkshire until April 2020 and is free for all candidates too.
