A man in his 30s had suffered serious injuries and is currently still receiving hospital treatment after a car struck railings in Hindley Green early this morning
The Volkswagen Golf left Atherton Road at the junction with Leigh Road around 6.30am this morning while travelling from Wigan towards Atherton
