Housing developer Linden Homes North West, is celebrating early sales success at its £9 million Grace Gardens residential development in Gorton, Manchester.

With just two properties now remaining on Belle Vue Street, the first phase of the development and a number of early bird reservations already secured for phase two on Crossley Street, Linden Homes North West’s latest development is proving a hit among homebuyers.

Situated in a prime area of Greater Manchester, close to the A57, the much-anticipated Grace Gardens development spans two sites. Collectively they will feature a mix of 62 high quality two, three and four bedroom semi-detached and detached houses, with first completions due in the coming months.

With prices starting from £149,995, the new homes are ideal for young families and professionals working in the city centre and surrounding areas. Buyers can choose from four of Linden Homes signature styles, The Arun, Avon, Dee and Calder, each carefully designed and boasting double off road parking and landscaped private gardens.

All of the new homes are available through the Government-backed Assisted Move and Help to Buy* schemes. Those making early reservations can also benefit from complimentary carpets throughout.

Help to Buy is designed to assist existing homeowners and first time buyers to get onto or further up the property ladder. It is a government backed equity scheme, through which an equity loan of up to 20% of the property price can be obtained, that leaves purchasers requiring just a 5% deposit and a 75% mortgage.

A sales and marketing suite will be on site at Grace Gardens in early summer, but in the meantime, interested buyers can visit Linden Homes’ nearby New Brunswick development for further details. Work is due to commence on phase two of the development in autumn.

Sian Pitt, head of sales at Linden Homes North West, said: “This is an up and coming area of Greater Manchester, so it’s no surprise that we have seen such a high level of interest already. Grace Gardens is fast becoming a popular choice amongst young professionals looking to settle down, due to its excellent transport links to Manchester and proximity to the town centre, coupled with the affordable prices and high quality.

“We have over 400 expressions of interest from potential homebuyers so we would urge anyone keen to purchase a new home at Grace Gardens to reserve now to avoid disappointment.”
