Manchester’s independent, premium cocktail bar and restaurant, Three Little Words, is launching a click-and-collect service for its indulgent roasts and tasty tipples allowing guests to enjoy its sell-out Sunday roasts in their own homes.
Known for sky-high Yorkshire puddings, crispy roasties, and perfectly pink roast beef, the Three Little Words Sunday roast is available to order until every Friday at 20:00 to be collected from Watson Street on Saturday or Sunday. The click-and-collect site includes the full Three Little Words Sunday menu, including a weekly seasonal vegetarian option, delicious puddings, and of course, cauliflower cheese.
In addition to delicious pre-prepared food, customers can make their Sunday boozy, with wine, cocktails and gin packages available. Food will be cooked to perfection and will simply need heating up ready to serve. Each Roast at Home box will contain heating instructions so customers can serve up the perfect beef or veggie roast with all the trimmings – roast potatoes, seasonal veg, a rich gravy and big fluffy Yorkshire puddings.
Fancy indulging? For just £55, receive a roast dinner with all the trimmings for two, a portion of cauliflower cheese, two desserts and either a bottle of wine or cocktails for two.
The locally-sourced beef is flavoured with mustard, garlic and rosemary, and roasted to the perfect shade of pink, and the vegetarian option changes weekly to utilise fresh, seasonal ingredients.
With 16 years’ experience, classically trained head chef, Jimmy Carr, originally created the special menu so that it could be enjoyed on Sundays under the Grade II listed railway arches. In order to adapt to current circumstances, foodies across the city will now be able to enjoy a special Three Little Words roast in the comfort of their own home and will just need to lightly reheat their dishes before tucking in.
The meat on the menu is all sourced locally from Frost’s in Chorlton and the vegetables are chosen based on seasonality so that there’s an evolution of flavours throughout the year. By focusing on seasonal veggies, this menu ensures that not only is every ingredient on your plate as fresh and delicious as possible, but it contributes towards sustainable dining.
The roasts come with all the trimmings, including roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables, each prepared and cooked to perfection are on the menu for autumn. Traditional Yorkshire puddings made to be as tall and fluffy as possible are paired with deliciously creamy cauliflower cheese and a whole lot of gravy – making it the perfect meal to cosy up with at home this weekend.
Fancy bringing the taste of Three Little Words renowned bar home too? Customers will also have the option to add a tipple of their choice to their takeaway order with options such as beers, wines, pre-batched cocktails and, of course, Manchester Gin available to take home.
Roasts are available to pre-order Sunday-Friday via the Three Little Words website and will be available to collect on Saturday or Sunday. Two roasts with cauliflower cheese start from £30 with the option to include both adds ons and drinks.
