Diners will have the chance to try Sopa de Ajo, a hearty rustic soup perfect for dipping crusty bread into, and the very popular calamares with alioli sauce. Callos Madrileños is a traditional stew of beef tripe and serrano ham cooked in a rich paprika and tomato sauce.
Another Madrileño classic on offer is Oreja a la plancha, pigs ears in mojo rojo sauce, served with a purée of chickpeas. An Ibérica favourite – huevos rotos con trufa y jamón Ibérico, is a decadent version of the iconic dish of sliced, fried potatoes, topped with free-range broken eggs and finished with grated truffles. Followed by two classic desserts : churros with chocolate and Torrija.
To accompany these tasty dishes, Ibérica are excited to serve a selection of 3 wines from across Madrid, exclusive to Ibérica in the UK. They are produced by a selection of wineries, many family-run, using production methods that have been passed down through the generations. To finish Ibérica wills serve a refreshing G&T made with Monti – unique craft gin, awarded best Spanish London Dry Gin in 2019- alongside delectable accompaniments liquorice and orange peel.
Tickets cost £40 per person and include the tasting of 5 tapas and 2 desserts, served sharing-style. Vermouth cocktail upon arrival, 3 Madrid wines served at 100ml and a G&T.
