Luxury restaurant chain, Haute Dolci, will be introducing a host of new dishes to its current menu at its site in The Trafford Centre.

The brand-new dessert dishes will be available from 21st January, and include new choux buns, French toast and the indulgent Lotus Biscoff collection.

The Trafford Centre site will be one of the first Haute Dolci restaurants to offer this exclusive selection of new dishes, before it is rolled out nationally to all restaurants later this year. Customers to the Manchester restaurant, which is also under new management, will be able to enjoy 10% off their first visit by downloading Haute Dolci’s ‘Got The Key’ app.

The Lotus Biscoff Collection is set to become an instant hit with fans of this iconic biscuit. Desserts in the range include the classic Lotus Cheesecake, and the incredibly decadent Lots of Dough. Comprising of oven-baked Lotus-infused white chocolate cookie dough, with a scoop of classic vanilla gelato, a sprinkle of Biscoff biscuit crumbs and topped with warm Lotus sauce, this showstopper is sure to be a sell-out success.

The new Choux Bun Collection is a must for French patisserie lovers.  Visitors to The Trafford Centre restaurant can choose from either the Classic or Signature Collection. The Classic Collection features the vanilla and chocolate Belgian Pâte à Choux and the pecan-flavoured Toffee Renoir. For those opting for the signature dish, the aptly named ‘Perfect Presentation’ is set to be a firm favourite with chocoholics.  Luxury whipped cream is encased in choux pastry, generously smothered with Belgian white chocolate sauce, and topped with white chocolate curls and tangy fresh raspberries. Irresistible!

The new French Toast Collection delivers that perfect sweet and savoury combination.  Topped with a choice of fruity favourites like Beautiful Berry and Sticky Toffee Banana, or super sweet Chocolate Sinner and Strawberry Velvet.

Thought American Waffles couldn’t get any better? Think again, as the new Nutterly Delicious dish features a fluffy waffle served with warm Nutella and creamy hazelnut gelato, topped with roasted hazelnuts and Ferrero Rocher pieces.

If that wasn’t quite nutty enough, the High On Hazelnuts cookie dough should just about do the trick. Chewy chocolate chip cookie dough is laced with warm Nutella and finished with a scoop of hazelnut gelato and Ferrero Rocher — it’s a hazelnut lover’s dream.

For a more classic dessert choice, look no further than the Sticky Toffee Pudding. Adding a little luxury to this traditional dish, the new addition to the Haute Dolci menu consists of a light, buttery, toffee sponge saturated in silky toffee sauce and pecan nuts.  It is served warm, with a scoop of Madagascan vanilla ice cream — perfectly indulgent.

Looking for something Tall, Dark & Handsome? The new gelato creation is perfect for those with a sweet tooth.  A chocolate fudge cake, smothered with chocolate fudge sauce, fresh strawberries and dark chocolate pearls and, of course, finished with a scoop of creamy vanilla gelato.

To celebrate the latest additions to its new menu, Haute Dolci will be giving away a limited number of its exclusive keys at The Trafford Centre restaurant, which give customers access to its loyalty club. By obtaining the Dolci key and downloading the ‘Got The Key’ app, dessert lovers can enjoy 10% off their first visit, as well as enjoying a range of benefits such as priority exclusive discounts, double points days and events.

Yasin Bhayat, the new restaurant manager for Haute Dolci in The Trafford Centre, said, “We’re so excited to be one of the first Haute Dolci restaurants launching these incredible new dishes this year. It’s the perfect way to kickstart 2022; we can’t wait to start serving these delicious collections and see our customers’ reactions. We’re already predicting the Lotus Biscoff Collection will be a sell-out success!”
