To mark it’s official launch day, Gooey at Wilson’s Coffee, will be selling its fresh cookies and donuts for just £1!
Alongside traditional donut fillings such as raspberry jam, chocolate custard and vanilla custard, there will also be a special co-creation with fellow Northern Quarter establishment, Black Milk Cereal, the Kinder Bueno Donut.
Freshly baked cookies will include white chocolate, milk chocolate, dark chocolate and double choc. The £1 cookies and donuts will be available from 11am on Thursday 12th March, available on a first come, first serve basis and whilst stocks last. Items will be limited to 2 per person.
Gooey will launch at Wilson’s Coffee on Thursday 12th March – open daily and serving fresh cookies 7 days a week and donuts from Wednesday through to Sunday.
The brainchild of Jake Ansbro and Patrick Brown of EATMCR and Sax Arshad of The Zanna Group, Gooey is an exciting concept, set to serve NYC inspired cookies + donuts. Led by head baker, Lewis Loughman, formerly PBK and Takk, the goods will be baked fresh daily and served from a special Wilson’s Coffee window, reminiscent of those found in New York.
