A fourth man has been charged in connection with the murder of 18-year-old Cole Kershaw, who was shot in Bury last month.
Raheem Hall, aged 19 of Hardfield Street, Heywood is charged with conspiracy to possess a firearm with intent to endanger life or enable another to do so.He will appear in court today
