A fourth man murder of 24-year-old Joe O’Brien from Blackley who died after a fight outside a Failsworth pub last April.

Sean Mhango aged 19 of no fixed address, has also been charged with assault, possession of a bladed article and violent disorder.

Mhango has been remanded to appear before Tameside Magistrates Court today.

Another man – who was 21 at the time of the incident – was also stabbed.

Three other people have also been charged with the murder of Joe O’Brien and are due to face a trial beginning at Liverpool Crown Court on 14 October 2019. They are:

Daniel Kamara 22, of Beswick Drive, Failsworth. He is also charged with assault and violent disorder

Momodou Jallow,21of Ashley Lane, Moston. He is also charged with assault, violent disorder and possession of a bladed article.

A 17-year-old boy, from Failsworth, who cannot be named for legal reasons. He is also charged with assault and violent disorder.
