The latest product from Forever Manchester’s online emporium – the Manchester venues and cultural buildings name-chains designs – will also be included amongst the merchandise, which will be available as prints and t-shirts in various colours and sizes.

This new name-chains design – created by Forever Manchester ambassador Alison Bell – depicts the city’s iconic buildings and venues from the past to the present day, integrated with an image of the Manchester Bee.

The majority of the names included on the design came from suggestions via Forever Manchester’s social media channels. The finished artwork features over 300 names including older historical buildings such as The John Rylands Library and Salford Lads Club, as well as some modern landmarks like The Haçienda and HOME.

Aside from this name-chains design, there will be lot of other products from the Forever Manchester collections, including Trevor Johnson’s Hacienda artwork, Stan Chow’s collection of Great Northerners, plus designs by Si Scott, James Chapman and Amy Coney, as well as artwork illustrating Tony Walsh’s poem, This is the Place.

Altrincham Market 26 Market St, Altrincham WA14 1PF (10am – 4pm)
