Premium cocktail bar Dirty Martini is bringing its extensive menu of iconic of cocktails to Manchester this year, with a vibrant new venue opening on Peter Street in November.
To help source the best and brightest stars in hospitality, Dirty Martini is holding a dynamic recruitment day to put local bartenders and mixologists to the test to find a dream team who are just the right balance of talent and personality.
The day will include a variety of tasks and activities, group exercises, a presentation from Dirty Martini and one-to-one interviews.

We’re not just looking for people with experience but people with great personalities. We’re incredibly excited to bring Dirty Martini to Manchester and are thoroughly looking forward to meeting some great Manchester talent.”
After the recruitment day, successful candidates will be offered a role at Dirty Martini and undergo an extensive training programme prior to opening to hone their skills and perfect their knowledge of Dirty Martini’s vast menu of premium cocktails.
