Spanish restaurant Evuna is to offer a new ‘dine out’ service from its Great Northern site, situated on Deansgate.

This new offering allows the city’s foodies to enjoy authentic tapas dishes and nibbles from a menu of the restaurant’s best-loved dishes at home.

The service launched over the weekend ahead of the restaurant itself reopening on 23rd July at 16:00 and each dish is freshly prepared each day using ingredients from Spain’s central regions – meaning the city’s residents can enjoy the true taste of Spain from home whilst holidays are still off the agenda for many.

Evuna has carefully curated the menu for its new ‘dine out’ experience. Options for nibbles include a delicious mixed cured meat board of Serrano, Iberico de Cebo, and Chorizo and Pan Catalan – Spanish garlic tomato bread.

Then for tapas, options to feast upon include meat, fish and vegetable dishes including chorizo in red wine, organic salmon skewers, spiced chickpea croquetas served with mint yoghurt sauce and tortilla de patatas – the traditional Spanish omelette.

Guests will also be able to purchase wonderful wines to enjoy with their meal; Evuna’s trained wine buyer selects wines to complement the flavours of specific dishes and the restaurant staff can help advise customers on the best option to accompany their meal.
