Three Little Words and The Spirit of Manchester Distillery reopen from the 10th July with an amazing set menu, a brand-new summer gin, and distillery experiences for all.

Friday 10th July brings the reopening of Watson Street’s iconic arches, home to Manchester Gin’s distillery, cocktail bar and restaurant. Three Little Words and The Spirit of Manchester Distillery will reopen this weekend with a new set menu, a brand-new summer gin, and a range of distillery experiences.

To celebrate the launch, Manchester Gin has released a brand-new limited-edition gin for summer 2020.

The Rose & Hibiscus Gin combines the brand’s Signature botanicals, dandelion burdock root, which adds a depth of flavour to this bright, floral addition to the range.

Rose & Hibiscus will be available to drink in Three Little Words as the perfect G&T for the summer months. It is also available online from the Manchester Gin website.

Following the launch of a new menu earlier this year, Three Little Words is re-releasing a range of delicious dishes in a stunning set menu.

With two courses for £18.50 and three for £22.50, guests can enjoy a gorgeous line-up of seasonal, fresh dishes including rainbow trout in nduja butter; lime and coconut chicken with spicy rice, and vegan options like coconut laksa, and a radish, apple and fennel summer salad.

As always, a great selection of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are available. You can view the menu and book a table on the Three Little Words website.

Also returning to Three Little Words is the much-loved Sunday Roast. Enjoy plates piled high with perfectly cooked roast beef or a weekly vegetarian special, seasonal vegetables, towering Yorkshire puds, homemade gravy, and sides of creamy cauliflower cheese. Booking is recommended – roasts are available every Sunday from 12pm until they’re gone, for just £15 per person.

“We’re all so excited to be reopening our doors. We decided to take things slowly by opening on the 10th rather than on “Super Saturday” – it’s given us a bit more time to ensure our staff are comfortable and well trained and allowed us to plan great menus and experiences for our customers to enjoy when they return.

Though our doors have been closed to the public throughout lockdown, The Spirit of Manchester Distillery has been working constantly to keep our online customers stocked up with their favourite gins, producing hand sanitiser for the NHS North West Nightingale Hospital and we’ve even broken the World Record for the World’s Biggest Gin Tasting to raise money for the homeless charity, Big Change MCR.

For us, it’s so important to remember what it means to be a hospitality business, so our focus now is on safely giving people the experience they might not have been able to enjoy at home – great atmosphere, amazing service, delicious food, and gorgeous drinks.”
