Local community pub, The Wishing Well has announced a jam-packed October event schedule with the launch of their epic Pub Quiz, Open-Mic Night, Musical Bingo and Bottomless Brunch brought to you by the team behind the sold out Brickhouse Social bottomless brunch.
The special events, which will be spread out across the month and form part of The Wishing Well’s festive line-up include a themed pub-quiz which will now take place twice per month on the back of a successful launch last month as well as a bi-weekly open mic bringing musicians together every Tuesday from 7pm with singers, songwriters and spoken word set to take to The Wishing Well stage.
Pub classic, Musical Bingo is also set to join the roster of events taking place every other Wednesday throughout October (11th & 25th October). This will be hosted by firm favourite Tom Partridge and will include a selection of pop classics alongside some newer chart hits with a host of prizes to be won.
Taking place every other Saturday, The Wishing Well Bottomless Brunch which is priced at £35 per person will take on an Oktoberfest Theme on 14th October and a Halloween theme on 28th October. Guests can enjoy 1 brunch dish and 90 minutes of bottomless cocktails, drinks and a live DJ with a special Halloween cocktail to be served on 28th October only.
The Wishing Well Pub Quiz, which launched last month to a sold out crowd will also return testing attendees on their knowledge of the firm favourite sitcom, ‘Friends’. Taking place on 5th and 19th October from 7pm, some amazing prizes will be on offer including Bottomless Brunch for four people for the biggest ‘Friends’ fan in the room.
